4.1 The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with the Services.

4.2 The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when using the Services.

4.3 The Customer will not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical activities.

5.1 All fees for the Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

5.2 Payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of the Services.

6.1 **Customer Data**: We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Any data provided by the Customer will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy laws.

6.2 **Data Processing**: By using our Services, the Customer agrees to the collection, processing, and storage of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Personal data will only be processed for the purpose of providing the Services, and we will take appropriate security measures to protect such data.

6.3 **Third-Party Access**: We will not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or necessary to provide the Services (e.g., hosting or processing partners).

6.4 **Data Retention**: We will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

6.5 **Customer Rights**: Customers have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data. Customers may also request the restriction or transfer of their personal data under certain conditions.

7.1 All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Tekefy Inc.

7.2 The Customer may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of the Services.

8.2 The obligation of confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekefy Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

9.2 Our total liability to the Customer for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Services during the 3 months preceding the claim.

10.1 Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason by providing written notice.

10.2 Upon termination, the Customer will no longer have access to the Services, and all outstanding fees will become due immediately.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

In the event that the Customer and Tekefy Inc. enter into a separate contractual agreement that conflicts with or modifies the provisions outlined in these Terms and Conditions, the terms of the separate agreement will supersede these general Terms and Conditions. Any specific terms agreed upon in a separate contract will take precedence over any conflicting terms in this document.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and  Conditions at any time. The Customer will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
